Due to tough economic times the Board of Directors and members
of MSRC have decided to temporarily waive the new member
initiation fee ($325) with the exception of “Monthly Pool Only”
memberships. This should make new memberships very attractive
and affordable. We would love to have you join our wonderful
member-owned club. POOL ONLY MEMBERSHIPS Yearly Family Pool
Membership - $385 Monthly Family Pool Membership – ($225
savings) – First year $100 down, $37 per month for 12 months.

– Lump sum initiation fee of $325 and $375 annual dues: $700 for
first year; $375* per annum thereafter.
Monthly FAMILY Pool Membership
– Lump sum initiation fee of $325 and
annual dues payable by bank draft of $36.00* per month for a
FULL 12 MONTH PERIOD. (Must complete attached Bank Draft
Agreement).
Yearly FAMILY Summer Pool Pass
– Lump sum payment of $395 with NO
INITIATION FEE REQUIRED. Good for one summer only. Summer Pool
Passes are only available when we are not at full membership.
Must complete Liability Waiver. |
