Our 1300 square foot clubhouse has a full kitchen, gas logs, big screen TV, and a
beautiful observation deck, with picnic tables, which overlook the BEST TENNIS
FACILITIES IN COLUMBIA! An active social committee provides MSRC families with
enjoyable social events for all age levels throughout the year.

Clubhouse Rates
$25.00 for the first hour
$20.00 for every hour or partial hour after that with total not
to exceed $100.00
Members are expected to clean up after the event.
A refundable security deposit of $150.00 is required on all
rentals.
Members may elect to pay an extra $50.00 to have the clubhouse
cleaned after their event.
Members may take advantage of a last minute special. If the
clubhouse is not otherwise rented by Monday of a given week, it
can be rented for a flat $50.00 per event for the following
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
NONMEMBER RENTAL SCHEDULE
$150 per event
Renters are expected to clean up after the event.

rentals.
